All services are provided by Lindsay Hayler, PA-C, with supervision by triple board-certified dermatologist Dr. Lamar Hardy.
Yes. We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Humana, Medicare, and Railroad Medicare for qualifying medical dermatology services. Aesthetic and wellness services are typically self-pay. Call (931) 924-7449 to verify your specific coverage before scheduling.
We are located at 15 S. Central Ave., Monteagle, TN 37356 in historic downtown Monteagle on the Cumberland Plateau. We serve patients from Monteagle, Sewanee, Tracy City, Winchester, Coalmont, and surrounding communities throughout Grundy and Franklin counties.
We are open Monday through Thursday 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM and Friday 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM. Saturday is by appointment only, and we are closed on Sunday. Call (931) 924-7449 to schedule.

Her practice operates under supervision of triple board-certified dermatologist Dr. Lamar Hardy.
